Requests are entered by verified navigators β caseworkers, social workers, teachers, and faith community leaders trained and approved in each city. Every need is reviewed before going live.
Provide = you personally obtain or donate the item. Fund = you donate money so a local partner fulfills it on your behalf.
To a vetted local partner who purchases and delivers the item directly to the family. If unclaimed, it's refunded to you.
When you claim a need, you commit to fulfilling it within the agreed timeframe. You'll receive navigator contact info to coordinate delivery.
