Requests are entered by verified connectors — caseworkers, social workers, teachers, and faith community leaders trained and approved in each city. Every need is reviewed before it goes live.
If you choose to Provide, you personally obtain or donate the item or service. If you choose to Fund, you make a monetary donation that allows a local partner church or organization to fulfill the need on your behalf.
Your donation goes to a vetted local partner who then purchases and delivers the item or service directly to the family. If no partner claims the donation, it is refunded to you.
When you claim a need, you commit to fulfilling it within the agreed timeframe. You'll receive contact information for the connector who can coordinate delivery with the family.
