Our Story
MigrantPortal. Where help meets hope.
Why We Exist
Every day, migrant families arrive in cities across America — disoriented, exhausted, and often invisible to the systems meant to help them. They need food. A warm coat. A doctor's visit. Someone to translate. Someone to care.
Meanwhile, churches, volunteers, and nonprofits in those same cities have exactly what these families need. Resources. People. Willingness. But no way to connect.
"Where Help Meets Hope."
MigrantPortal was built to close that gap. A migrant family submits a need — in their own language, from their phone. A local responder sees it, clicks "I can help," and shows up. An organization tracks impact and coordinates response at scale.
No bureaucracy. No long waitlists. Just help, meeting hope — in real time.
The Platform
Migrants submit needs through the app — food, shelter, medical, legal, translation — in minutes, in their own language.
Volunteers and partner organizations in the same city see the need and respond. Real people. Real help. Within hours.
Every fulfilled need is a story of dignity restored. Organizations track impact. Networks grow. Communities change.
Who We Serve
Migrant families and individuals who need help navigating a new country, city, and system.
Compassionate volunteers who want to give their time, resources, or skills to help a real family.
Churches, nonprofits, and community groups who coordinate response and track collective impact.
Cultural associations and diaspora networks who serve as bridges between new arrivals and local resources.
Churches and faith-based groups answering the call to love their neighbors — practically, not just spiritually.
Individuals and funders who want to see systemic change — one family, one need, one act of kindness at a time.
